Invoke

Privacy Policy

Effective 13 June 2026

The short version: Invoke collects nothing, sends nothing and stores everything on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no network connection. Your business and client data never leave your phone.

Who this applies to

This policy covers the Invoke iOS app ("the app", "we", "us"), published by Velo, an independent software studio. It explains exactly what the app does and does not do with information.

Information we collect

None. Invoke does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Specifically:

Where your data lives

Everything you enter — your business profile, clients, quotes, invoices, payments and banking details — is stored only on your device using Apple's on-device database. It is included in your encrypted device and iCloud device backups if you have those enabled in iOS; we never receive or can access it.

Artificial intelligence

Invoke's writing features (line items, messages and reminders) run on Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Your prompts are processed locally on your iPhone and are never sent to us or to any cloud service. If your device does not support Apple Intelligence, these features are simply hidden and the rest of the app works normally.

Sharing & export

When you choose to share an invoice or back up your data, iOS hands the file to whatever destination you pick — WhatsApp, email, Files, AirDrop and so on. That action, and any privacy terms of the app you share to, are under your control. Invoke itself transmits nothing.

Children

Invoke is a business tool intended for adults and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
